What does Converta do?: Converta helps shoppers find products that fit their needs through on-site AI assistance. It combines context from shopper interactions to connect a need to a relevant product. If the shopper leaves without buying, Converta can pass eligible shopper–product context to your existing marketing tools for more relevant follow-up.
Does Converta replace our marketing platform?: No. Converta helps create shopper context. Your existing platform manages campaigns and sends messages according to your settings and permission rules.
How does Converta understand what a shopper wants?: Converta combines what shoppers express in conversations with relevant behavioral signals available from their visit. It uses that context and the store's product information to identify relevant products. When the evidence is insufficient, it should not present an unsupported match as certain.
Why combine chat with analytics I already have?: The goal is not to duplicate basic click tracking. It is to connect shopper intent to a relevant product—what they were trying to accomplish, which options fit, and what still felt unresolved—so follow-up and merchandising can act on something specific.
Does Converta send emails or messages itself?: No. Converta does not contact shoppers through your marketing campaigns. It provides eligible shopper context to a connected platform or makes it available for export. That platform handles sending and remains responsible for its consent settings.
Which integrations are available?: Klaviyo is available today. Other marketing workflows can use exported shopper context where supported. Confirm current compatibility for your store before connecting.
Which stores are supported?: Shopify, WooCommerce, and Zoho Commerce. What we can support for your store is confirmed during onboarding.
How do I get started?: Request a free trial with your store URL, platform, and marketing tool. We confirm what is live for your store before you connect.
